The BAE Systems Film Festival was an event designed to help engage the company’s employees in their “We Are BAE Systems” campaign. Employees were invited to create and submit short videos based on one of three themes, “Trusted”, “Innovative”, or “Bold” – which were then voted on by their peers and leadership. The winners were invited to a special event screening in the Washington, D.C. area. Our task was the create the printed and digital collateral to advertise the festival leading up to the event and to provide materials for use at the screening, as well. To save on the cost of stock imagery, and to give it much more customized feel, we collected various film themed objects and BAE Systems printed collateral to create our own mini set in our studio – this allowed us to get the exact shots we needed for the varying sizes of materials we needed to produce while giving it a truly branded look.
